It features a number of marquise and round mounts that are placed in a leaf-like arrangement, with tiny round mounts offering a floral touch to it. The center is hollow, which makes the design all the more eye-catching. Further enhancing the drop pendant are pave set and bezel set round cut diamonds, a total of 28 in all.
